Amid ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus COVID-19, deFacto Global is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We’ve taken a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our customers and colleagues. - Our customer support system, Direct Connect, is always available, 24/7, to report incidents of any kind. It’s the best way to engage with us for any type of assistance.
- Our staff, consultants and customer service personnel are self-quarantined, working from home and limiting themselves to only necessary travel.
- We have put in place an employee contingency plan, so everyone has an alternate in the unlikely event someone’s work availability is impacted.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our customers as needs arise.
