BPM Partners, an independent analyst of Business Performance Management solutions, hosts an annual customer survey to provide a candid snapshot of the core players in the corporate performance management (CPM) market.
BPM’s final report aims to enable organizations to focus their selection around CPM vendors who will most likely meet their needs, and save time and money in the process of doing so.
The 2017 Pulse of Performance Management survey revealed that deFacto Planning outscored competitors with high marks for product quality, support, training, speed, and overall customer satisfaction.
A few strengths of deFacto Planning were noted, including the User Interface (UI), workflow, scalability, native integration with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
